SRIJIT UPADHYAY
Srijit is experienced Senior Management personnel with key skills in Business Planning, Strategic Negotiations, Brand Promotion & Building, Key Account Acquisition & Retention, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Sales Management. He is a strong consulting professional with a commerce and management background. Throughout his career, Srijit has worked primarily with homeland security/defence agencies, related ministries, government sector and large corporate in India. He has a vast experience of handling the strategic issues and concerns by virtue of his association with the end-user/applications, which he has transformed as an opportunity to excel in his profession. He has been a key person in various projects in his career span, and working in tandem with his team, has lead the team to successful accomplishment of the given task. He has a passion to work for the defence applications, especially which demands high technical expertise due to critical missions. He prefers to spend his leisure time with his kids and reading about new technical developments in the global arena.

TAPAN GARG
Tapan is a self-motivated and energetic business development professional. He has completed his Masters in Business before getting associated with the company. Tapan has few years of experience to his credit, mainly into sales for Research & Development Labs and Educational institutions in the country. His leadership quality brings the best out from the professionals working around him. He believes in team work and has been associated in new business development primarily for the untapped market segment. He prefers long drives and experiencing new cultures.

RUPAK KUMAR
Rupak is a seasoned tech-savvy person with skills encompassing integration of technologies to provide the customised solution to the defence sector. His career span took him to face various challenges, which made his expertise better in the domain. He has worked at the field level to understand the real complexity faced by the user group, and has been an architect to resolve the concerns. He has worked as a team with Srijit in several projects together, and has developed the similar acumen as that of Srijit for the support. The combination of his education, initially in technical and thereafter in the management field, has broadened his horizons and he is all set to create new benchmarks in consolidating the technical expertise for the defence and R&D people. He utilizes his available time exploring new technologies and their subsequent use in his domain.

HEMANT KUMAR
Hemant is a versatile team member, who has varied expertise in the field of sales, bid management, account management, business development and project coordination. He was initially more inclined to work at back-end by supporting the sales team, but later has taken on the forefront himself. He has architected couple of business expansion projects, and is striving for its accomplishment. He has almost a decade of experience and he loves taking new challenges. He love long drives and chats with people and has developed a large social network in his professional arena.
